All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates between 1h to 24h after the payment during a business day, otherwise it takes up to 48h.

Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.


One a training has been enrolled there is no possibilty to get a return or a refund on the product, for any issue with the product, please contact us at:

There is a possibility to get a refund of the product puchased if the training has not been started and if you have any issue with your environement to start the training and connect to our learning platform.

Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
